    “Pro: Locatie en bedden prima, appartement voldoende schoon
    Contra:
    - Geen keukenhanddoek, vies aanrechtdoekje, te weinig badhanddoeken (1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek pp voor 7 dagen)
    - Wifi werkte niet
    - Geen airco
    - Raamhorren alle defect en met gaten, dus veel muggen in huis
    - WC in badkamer, onhandig met 4 personen
    - WC bril gebarsten
    - Alle kranen in huis (keuken, wastafel en douche) lekten/ sproeiden
    - Warm water douche pas na 5 minuten, temperatuur niet stabiel

    “Großzügige Wohnung, allgemein sauber. Ausstattung wie beschrieben vorhanden, jedoch keine Waschmaschine! Handtücher ausreichend, Bettwäsche in Ordnung.
    Wir waren zu fünft (Kleinkind, Eltern, Großeltern) für eine Woche in der Wohnung.
    Kritik:
    Stockflecken an den Wänden des Badezimmers und Durchgangs(-Schlaf)Zimmers. Wohnung roch die ersten beiden Tage sehr moderig, insbesondere nachts sehr unangenehm. Mir fehlt der Vergleich, aber ich denke, das gehört zu Venedig. Viele Menschen, denen man im Supermarkt oder der Bar begegnet, riechen moderig. Vielleicht war die Wohnung vorher auch etwas länger nicht vermietet. Wir haben uns ab Tag drei daran gewöhnt, oder das Dauerlüften hat geholfen.
    Besteck und Gläser bei Vollbelegung etwas mager kalkuliert, das Kochgeschirr könnte mal komplett erneuert werden (zerkratzte Beschichtungen in den Töpfen).
    Typisch Italien: Housekeeper spricht nur Italienisch, bei der Frage nach Internet und WLAN wird 'no, no' gestikuliert und damit hat sich's. Wir haben dann den Zugangscode zum Netzwerk im italienischen Info-Ordner gefunden ;-p Datengeschwindigkeit meist sehr schlecht :-(
    200 € Kaution wurden nicht verlangt, Endreinigung (aus meiner Sicht ungerechtfertigt hoch) und Kurtaxe wurden sofort beglichen.
    Ich glaube, die Unterkünfte in Venedig haben wahrscheinlich alle einen geringen Standard. Dafür war die Wohnung schon ganz OK und deshalb großzügige vier Häuschen. In Deuschland wären es wohl nur zwei!”
