Situation Superbly located in 35,000m² of open countryside with far reaching sea-views and to distant hillsides including the magnificent Sant Salvador Monastary. Also within 10-15 minutes walking distance are the local beautiful sandy coves and cosmopolitan Cala Dor within 5 minutes drive. Tennis courts and sporting facilities are also nearby. A short country lane leads to the long private "Palm lined" drive leading to the attractive arched entrance.

The villa From the enclosed courtyard the Oak studded door opens into the entrance hall with feature Chandelier. On the ground floor you'll find the large living/dining room with sofas, feature fireplace, Plasma TV, Playstation 2, complimentary Wifi internet connection, a solid Oak dining table and four doorways to the poolside terrace. The superb fitted kitchen with attractive blue fitted cupboards, and all the appliances you need, is also close by. On this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower-room and side door to the courtyard. Furthermore, a guests cloakroom and a laundry room with washing machine, complete this level. If we get up the stairs, we'll find the 4 other bedrooms: a master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and door to the south facing upper terrace ; and two further twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room - one of these rooms also has a sun terrace over-looking the courtyard and far reaching views. The last is a double bedroom; this bedroom does not have it is own bathroom, the guests have to use the en-suite bathroom of the other bedrooms.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price.

Outdoor The crystal clear 10.00m swimming pool with jacuzzi, has cushioned comfortable furnished sun-loungers, parasol, poolside shower and a large grassed area for children to play on. Adjacent to the villa is the stone clad BBQ casita with a covered patio, washing facilities and wc. The large covered poolside terrace has excellent furnishings ideal for total relaxation and afternoon siestas and a sun umbrella. To the rear of the property is the delighful enclosed courtyard with feature Palm tree and seating area.

    “Ein wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung! Wir verbrachten im Oktober eine Woche zu acht in dieser Finca in S Horta. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön! Die Zimmer hatten (abgesehen vom Kinderzimmer) alle ein Bad/WC. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber ruhig (abgesehen von der Musik am Abend vom nahe liegenden Robinson Clubhotel, jedoch für uns überhaupt nicht störend). Der Besitzer ist freundlich! Der Strand (sehr klein) ist zu Fuss ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Der kleine Supermarkt ca. 7-10 Minuten. Also alles ohne Auto machbar. Jedoch ist ein Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert!”
