With the imposing Olivo farmhouse, we present a spectacular holiday home in Mallorca. The beautiful 2-storey house with many extras is situated on an impressive 15,000 m² plot. It is situated in a fantastic secluded location in one of the most sensational parts of the island: on the southern tip of Mallorca in Cala D'Or, the Golden Bay. An absolute highlight is the 12.5 metre long pool, which also has an extra children's pool. You have a fantastic view of the sea from the surrounding terrace. If you wish, you can spend whole days outside. The outdoor kitchen offers ideal conditions for this. Here, too, you can sit just as comfortably under the roof as in the spacious chill-out zone next door. There is also a practical bathroom here, as well as a hot/cold outdoor shower. You can even listen to music in the outdoor area via the TV/music system. Those who like to be active can meet up with others at the table tennis table. On the upper floor of this farmhouse on Mallorca there is a balcony with particularly beautiful views.
The Olivo farmhouse, which can be lived in all year round, offers plenty of living space for up to 12 people. The inviting entrance on the ground floor leads into the open-plan, spacious living and dining area, where the dark wooden furniture contrasts beautifully with the light-coloured floors and walls. The huge, fully equipped eat-in kitchen offers a small separate table for additional seating for smaller gatherings. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with terrace access and two shower rooms. One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor. All of the cosy and bright bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and from two of these relaxation areas you have direct access to the aforementioned balcony. The majestic Olivo farmhouse is situated in a sensational location near the southern tip of Mallorca - the most beautiful beaches in the region, for example Cala Sa Nau or Cala Marcal, are only 3 km away. For shopping, you can drive to neighbouring Santanyi, while the pedestrian zone of Cala D'Or invites you to shop and stroll.
Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. The optional use of air conditioning is included in the price for 10 hours per day, after which the charge can be settled locally in cash. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
