Generous living space makes it easy for a larger group of holidaymakers to enjoy private retreats and well-deserved peace and quiet. The furnishings, which are not bound to any particular style, create a pleasant, casual atmosphere that invites you to relax. The lower living level has been completely renovated and houses the indoor sports and wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and fitness room. Some of the guests will find space in the bedroom and its bathroom. There are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. The cosy living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are also located here.

The bright apricot-coloured Finca Can Roser is located around 9 km southwest of the picturesque town of Santa Maria in the centre of Mallorca. Here you are in a breezy environment and the nearby road, which is audible depending on the wind, connects you to attractive excursion destinations and a good infrastructure in no time at all. Go shopping in Palma, just 14 km away, or treat yourself to a long day at one of the beautiful beaches on the south coast, e.g. Passeig de Molinar (13 km) or Cuidad Jardin (10 km).
