Quietly located on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz), in a residential area, there are 2 holiday apartments with separate entrances on the approx. 800 sqm fenced residential property on the upper and ground floor of the owner's house. It is approx. 600 m to the public swimming pool on the Müritz and approx. 1.8 km to the town centre (public transport). Shopping facilities are in the immediate neighbourhood.
The bright, approx. 55 sqm non-smoking flat for 2 people is located on the ground floor and was extensively renovated and tastefully furnished in 2019 and is centrally heated (underfloor heating in the bathroom) and equipped with insect screens on the windows. This apartment has a living room (couch, flat screen TV), a bedroom (double bed), a separate kitchen (dining table, access to the garden/courtyard, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances, radio), a bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer) and a hallway.
All guests have free W-LAN, a car park in front of the house, bicycle storage and storage facilities, a small furnished balcony or a seating area in the garden, sun loungers and barbecue at their disposal. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
