The holiday home is located on a 400 square metre, fully fenced recreational property (for exclusive use), in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in the Waren villa district "Fontanestraße". Ideal starting point for cycling tours through the directly neighbouring Müritz National Park. The lakeside promenade on the Müritz and bathing area are approx. 300 metres away. The holiday home is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, LCD TV, radio/CD), bedroom (double bed), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), conservatory/dining room (dining table), bathroom (bath/WC), central heating. In a second holiday cottage on the property there is a further bedroom with double bed and LCD TV as well as a guest WC. Cot and high chair available. At your disposal: covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. The total price includes use of the washing machine, final cleaning, water, energy, bed linen and towels. Waren is subject to tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
