The 2-storey holiday home is located on the owner's 1000 square metre residential property within a housing estate, approx. 500 m from the beach on the Müritz. On the ground floor is the living room (upholstered seating area, TV, hi-fi), an open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker, oven out of order, fridge, various kitchen appliances) and shower/WC. The bedroom on the upper floor (3 beds) can be reached via a steep room-saving staircase. The property is therefore unsuitable for children under the age of 6. There is a large covered terrace with seating area, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. The total price includes bed linen, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, pet (if applicable).
The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjoining promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km
