The holiday home (Finnhütte) stands on a 360 square metre, separate and fully fenced recreational property in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The town centre is approx. 15 minutes' walk away and the Feißnecksee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, is only approx. 200 m away. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, flat screen TV, radio), bedroom via stairs (double bed, lounger, balcony with lake view), kitchen with pantry and microwave, shower/WC and electric heating (night storage heaters). There is a furnished terrace with lake view, barbecue, smoker, bicycle storage (shed) and car parking space. Two bicycles for hire.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity. To be paid on site: Heating costs according to consumption (separate meter for night-time electricity/night storage heaters), visitor's tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
