Villa Montgo View is a very attractive, large house in a beautiful area on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort of Javea. It is perfect for two families or a multi-generational family holiday and with two high quality kitchens and two elegant living areas, you will never be short of space. The accommodation is set over three floors and features a stylish master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the top floor. From the highest balcony in the house, there are breathtaking views of the Montgo mountain in the distance. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and the larger of the two kitchens. There are many patio doors that you can open to allow better access to the pool terrace, as well as numerous indoor and outdoor dining areas. All bedrooms and lounges in the house have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Moving to the next floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a further lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge opens up to a lovely terrace area, which is adjoined by a large lawn area that extends two levels from the pool terrace. This is probably the quietest area of the property and is perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an afternoon read. The centre of Javea is around seven kilometres away, so you can easily pop in and out with the whole family, and the nearest beach is even closer just a short drive away.
