Welcome to the 90m² Berlin old building apartment in the quiet, safe but very central Binzstraße. Only 100m away from the M1 streetcar stop Masurenstraße and only 350 each away from the subway station Vinetastraße and the U- and S-Bahn station Pankow. You are close to everything, but not in the middle. All daily necessities are also within walking distance, including a great playground!Public parking can be found free of charge without a resident's card in the street.The 2020/21 with great attention to detail renovated bright basement unit of a beautiful Berlin old building from the turn of the century is your quiet and dignified retreat in the big city. But not only the spacious vacation apartment with a new kitchen, two shower bathrooms and two bedrooms and many extras (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Netflix, etc.) will inspire you, also the well-kept house and the solid neighborhood speak for themselves.A comfortable family vacation with plenty of space, ample comfort and a safe central location are guaranteed.We are happy to accommodate two adults and up to four children.

The 90m² Berlin old building apartment is located in South Pankow/Prenzlauer Berg in a quiet, safe but very central side street. Only 100m from the M1 streetcar stop Masurenstraße and only 350m from the subway station Vinetastraße and the subway and suburban train station Pankow. All daily necessities are also within walking distance, including a great playground! Public parking can be found free of charge without a resident's card in the street. The 2020/21 with great attention to detail renovated bright basement unit of a beautiful Berlin old building from the turn of the century, has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a new kitchen, a large living / dining room with additional sofa bed and two shower bathrooms. But not only the spacious, well-equipped vacation apartment with separate entrance will inspire you, also the well-kept house and the solid neighborhood speak for themselves. We are happy to accommodate two adults and up to four children. Parents/grandparents and then up to two children are also welcome to stay with us. Please call us if you have any questions.

    “Wir wollen zurück kommen. Auf 15 minuten spazieren von der Gaillardstrasse wo unsere familie wohnt. Positiv: Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwischen zwei Metro Stationen und in der Nähe vom kleinem Shoppingcenter. spazieren im Burgerpark oder Schonholzer Heide. Negativ: Vielleicht ist es möglich dass in der Küche auch ein Handtuch ist. Die weisse vom Bad mache ich nicht gerne schmutzig beim kochen.
    Und der Backofen: Frau Bosch hätte uns gefragt ob wir es reparieren können aber dass ist uns leider nicht gelungen. Wir haben den Backofen darum nicht gebracht.”

    “Positiv: Die Eigentümer waren stets erreichbar und für alle Fragen offen.
    Die Ausstattung war toll. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, aber selten war sie mit allem ausgestattet.
    Zudem ist die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann.
    Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und ich kann diese Unterkunft als sehr familienfreundlich weiterempfehlen.
    Vielen Dank!”
