Nefeli Villa is a recently constructed holiday house in accordance with the traditional values offering modern standards, so there are lots to take in. The villa’s indoor and outdoor spaces have all the ingredients you could want for relaxing days and nights in the sunny island of Crete. Fancy taking a dip and cooling your body in the water on a hot, sunny day? Maybe a BBQ for friends and family? Not a problem, there's a 25m2 private swimming pool to revitalize yourself, plus an outdoor patio area for food, drinks and chatting with your family or friends. A large part of the terrace is covered by lawn, making it a great spot for your yoga or meditation practice, with uninterrupted views.Indoors, the first level is consisted by the living room, as well as an open fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Few steps away you will find the twin bedroom and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the second level; each of them features a double bed and has access to a balcony with amazing views.Nefeli Villa is also good value for the location given; it has a private pool, surrounded by a spacious 370 m2 outdoor terrace and unobstructed views that costs a fortune. Nefeli Villa is the fifth villa of Agios Antonios Villas, five completely independent 2-storey holiday houses set at a privileged spot of Agia Triada, a serene area perched on a hillside on North Crete, with unlimited views of the Cretan sea. The center of Rethymno is only 20 minutes away, a visit to the nearest sandy beach (Adele) will only take 10 minutes by car, while Heraklion and Knossos is an hour's distance from the villa. Grocery shops, traditional taverns and minimarkets can be found at the village in a distance of 1 km. Here, you can take a sign of the magnificent Cretan nature walking through the gorge of Patsou, which starts just 800 meters away from the villa. Most of the beaches of the north coasts have been awarded with the Blue Flag. Bali and Geropotamos Beach are still hiding some quiet corners to enjoy your bathing, while Arkadi Monastery is a wonderfully peaceful place, with a delightful Baroque church that became the central meeting place for Cretan revolutionaries against the Turks.
