Large Villa Golfo degli Angeli with stunning view

A spacious villa, on two levels, surrounded by thick vegetation type Mediterranean, right on the sea.

The main level of the villa is made, in the bedroom, 1 double bedroom with views of the Bay of Angels, with attached master bathroom, two bedrooms with two beds (one with sea view), and a shared bathroom for the two rooms. The living area consists of large living room with reading area / TV, dining area with large table for 10 people and large central fireplace (impressive for winter stays). The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and is adjacent to a bathroom with washing machine and a room with a bunk bed and a folding bed, children / adolescents.

On the first floor there is large studio, with separate access. In the large living room of the studio is a sofa bed, single folding bed, dining table with 2 benches, fully equipped kitchenette; there is also a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower; There is a large covered terrace furnished with wicker furniture, with panoramic sea views of the Gulf of Angels, allowing you to enjoy the cool of the evening and the beautiful summer sunsets. Ability to add up to 2 extra beds for children up to two years (number max occupants: 4). Air conditioning with heat pump.

A private staircase leads to an area on the rocks, with space for umbrella and chairs for guests. Adjacent to this area is present a long natural rock that creates a large natural pool ideal for children. This sea area is not frequented by other people even in high season and allows long periods of relaxation and refreshing swims. The sea adjacent allows underwater fishing excursions.
The villa is surrounded by thick vegetation type Mediterranean.
Nearby, two beaches (Cannesisa and Genne'mari) easily reached by car or on foot along the cliffs (Cannesisa).
