Casa Bianca, flat 13 with private garden

The picturesque village of Vira is part of the unique Riviera del Gambarogno. The area lies on the left bank of Lake Maggiore and stretches for ten kilometres to the Italian border. The Gambarogno district is characterised by the shoreline landscape, chestnut forests, lush vegetation, a Mediterranean climate and a mountain landscape with the peaks of Monte Tamaro and Monte Gambarogno.

The cosy 2-room holiday flat with a covered terrace of 12 m² and a private garden of approx. 70 m² is located in the Casa Bianca house above Vira.
The house, built in the Ticino country house style, is part of the Residenza Viramonte holiday complex. Six houses are spread over a well-kept hillside plot of around 16,000 square metres. Due to its elevated position, flat number 13 offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite side of the lake from Locarno to Tenero.

The 60 m2 flat offers space for a maximum of four people. The interior is characterised by a combination of original and modern furnishings. In the high, light-flooded rooms, you will quickly leave everyday life behind you.

The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m) and a spacious wardrobe as well as direct access to the covered terrace.

The living room is furnished with two high-quality sofa beds, a round dining table and a TV/radio.

In the kitchen, which is open to the living room, you will find everything you need for cooking. A Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a kettle and a toaster are also available. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, a fridge and an oven.

The spacious bathroom/WC with bathtub is characterised by the handmade original tiles in Italian style.

Outside the flat there is a terrace and adjoining private garden. From both, you can marvel at the unique sea of lights on the opposite bank after dark. The outdoor area is equipped with a dining table and deckchairs.
The flat has a garage and free Wifi.

Guests at Residenza Viramonte also have access to a fitness room, a pool with well-tended gardens, sun loungers, a children's playground, a table tennis table, a communal barbecue in the pergola by the pool and a communal washing machine.

A lockable bicycle garage is available for bicycles.

The Scesana bus stop is 150 metres away and is served by bus lines 326 and 330.

The village of Vira can be reached on foot in 20 minutes on a beautiful hiking trail.

The final price includes:- garage- high chair for children (please book in advance)- electricity consumption. For longer stays, the linen can be changed on request at a cost of CHF 25 per set.
