This complex of two exclusive sea view holiday villas enjoys the perfect location on the Greek island of Crete: The villas are situated in the picturesque village of Aghia Pelagia. They overlook the beautiful Pelagia bay and feature panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.Newly built (2017) fully detached holiday villa with a private illuminated infinity pool and sea views from the sunny terrace with traditional stone grill

Each villa has its own, 3.5 x 10 m illuminated swimming pool. The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and sun shades. And next to the terrace is an outdoor kitchen complete with traditional stone grill. Children will appreciate the playground with a slide and swings.

The top modern white villas have only recently been newly built in 2017, and they are designed to blend with the Cretan environment. Each villa is equipped as follows: The single-storey building boast a generous living space of 110 m² and can accommodate six persons. It consists of an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a flat screen TV, a dining table with six chairs and there is an open fireplace for cosy evenings. The white high gloss kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bedrooms offer a double bed each. And the four bedrooms each have a shower, wash basin and a toilet. A washing machine is available and there is internet access throughout the property.

    “The accommodation is perfect. Very nice, also the outdoor area and especially the pool. The landlord is very helpful and accommodating and was always available. He is a super guy. The light in the pool did not work for a short time, but it was repaired immediately. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was filled with fruit and essential food. Everything was very clean. Overall I can highly recommend this accommodation and especially the landlord.”

    “Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist traumhaft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Die Außenanlage mit Swimmingpool und Grillmöglichkeit ist top, der Garten gepflegt.
    Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.”

    “Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil, können wir ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Tolle Lage hoch über dem Meer, sehr schön ausgestattet, herzlicher Empfang mit Obst und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Im Ort gibt es gute Gastronomie und einen Supermarkt der alles hat was man so braucht. Es gibt einen schönen Grill und verschiedene Terrassen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich Negativ: Einen Tag vor Abreise ist der Strom in einem der 3 Schlafzimmer und in der Küche ausgefallen. Restaurant: Bravo - Tolles Essen, freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, die Muscheln unbedingt probieren!”
