Detached four bedroom, three bathroom holiday villa with a private heated pool and patio area overlooking the 9th fairway of the highland reserve golf course This four bedroom, three bathroom pool home with views over the 9th Fairway is located on Highland Reserve Golf course, Davenport Florida USA. It is only a 20 minute drive away from Florida and located in the Disney Golden Triangle.
The pool area includes a covered area with seating for four where you can enjoy a morning coffee or meal whilst you enjoy the delightful views over the golf course. This area included lighting and a fan. The pool is heated and there is also a further table and four chairs and two sun loungers to sit enjoying the sun.
This is a home away from home a detached 4 bed 3.5 bathroom villa with private heated pool and patio area overlooking the 9th fairway of the highland reserve golf course. It is split over two levels with an open plan living area on the ground floor including fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite worktops with seating for 6 people. There is a formal dining area with seating for 8 people. The living area includes seating for 9 people and includes a 37inch TV with Spectrum Cable TV included, WIFI and phone including local calls to USA and Canada. There is also a separate WC and a laundry room. In the garage there is a pool table, dart board and TV with DVD player. Also on the ground floor is the King master bedroom with en-suite including WC, his and hers sink bath and single shower. The double bedroom on the first floor has a small en-suite with WC, sink and single shower, there are also two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku streaming TVs with spectrum app included and facility to use your own Netflix/Amazon prime accounts.
There is Berry Town centre less than 1 kilometre away which has a bank, petrol station, suppermarket and Bank on the site not to mention resturants, pubs and takeaways. There are plenty more places to eat and shop on the 192 which is less than a 5 minute drive from the house and we are within 20 minutes of all the Disney parks, 30 mins to Universal Parks and about 90 minutes drive from either Clearwater or Daytona Beach.
