Modern, bright and comfortable, 1st floor apartment with two balconies, in Belvedere quarter, close to city center, near everything you need in just few minutes walk.

A garden surrounds the building with lots of green and trees. Two balconies for romantic breakfasts or lazy afternoon beers. Both balconys are given an filter from streets which makes them very nice and quiet. An old lady-dog lives on the property, nice and gentle.

Fully equipped, nicely decorated, peacefull and secure. It is east/south oriented, with a nice relaxing view. Apartmant has two bright, comfortable and sunny bedrooms, one double bed, one with 2 single beds. Newly renovated open space kitchen with all appliances, invites you to discover the local specialties (market and fishmarket 15min by foot). Central heating makes the place warm during winters, while aircondition and natural breeze refresh it during summer heat.

It is nested in an islet of greenery, within just 5 minutes walk to city core. Ideal for your stay in Rijeka! Just few minutes walk from center, but in peaceful and nice surrounding. Belvedere quarter is an old quarter just few minutes from city center but again very calm and peacefull with lot of villas and old buildings.
Nice and calm neighborhood in old part of town surrounded with lots of historical and cultural sites and all important services.
Within just few minutes walk you can reach:
