The finca is fitted with modern amenities. It is modern, yet functional and has been individually furnished. The main house has four bedrooms and three modern bathrooms (including one master suite with an ensuite bathroom). Additional bedroom with a private bathroom in separate, detached outbuildings. One of the buildings has a kitchen. The finca and the outbuildings have air conditioning and central heating, making the property comfortable for a stay year round.
The finca has a beautiful exterior with stunning views of the pool and the garden. Enjoy, relax and take in the stunning sunsets.
It is ideal as well during the winter as a sauna and a shower are located in yet another building on the property.
Santanyi is an ideal base for exploring southern, eastern and central Mallorca. Santanyi has developed into an artists' community with numerous artists, designers and craftsmen offering their beautiful work for sale. The restaurants are rather traditional - rustic restaurants and tapas bar offer Mallorquin cuisine. Not far though, in Cala de Santanyi, you can find international restaurants. The nightlife is abundant.
Santanyi offers the more typical tourists' spots, while Cala Santanyi is all about the sun, the beach and the ocean. The surrounding area is interesting for nature, culture and history lovers.
