For shared use: beautiful terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).     “Schöne Lage im oberen Teil von Surlej. ruhig gelegen etwas ausserhalb des Ortes an einem Waldrand, Sonne bis ca 16.00 h.
    Blick zur Talstation der Corvatschbahn; immer wieder Kuhherde mit Glockengeläut; angenehm und romantisch
    Geräumige schöne Wohnung mit viel aus Holz, genügend Geschirr, Garageneinstellplatz, Staubsauger allerdings aus dem letzten Jahrhundert,”
