Breton holiday house with a garden near the beach

This holiday home sits on a 2,500 m2 property in a quiet location near Tréogat.

The holiday house offers two bedrooms on the top floor, a living room with a kitchen unit and a dining nook, a bathroom on the ground floor, a mezzanine and a separate toilet on both levels. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), two nightstands and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each). On the mezzanine are a desk and an armchair. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room boasts a wood burning stove, a sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen television and a DVD player. The bathroom boasts a shower, a large sink and a hairdryer. The house also offers wireless internet access.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The property is enclosed, yet the driveway is open. There is a large patio with outdoor furniture, a hammock and two sun loungers. A barbecue is available, as well. The kids will love playing on the fenced in football pitch.

You can make use of two bicycles at no additional cost. A parking space is available in front of the house. The house is exclusively heated with the wood burning stove.Please let us already know with your booking request if you would like to book the final cleaning (extra fee payable upon arrival).

Enjoy a beautiful day on the Atlantic Ocean, only 900 meters from the house. It is about five kilometres to the nearest grocery store. Visit Pont-l'Abbé (10 km) or go surfing in Plomeur (12 km). It is 23 km to the capitol of the Finistère, Quimper, where you can enjoy a cider and visit Saint Corentin Cathedral. It is only 50 km to Concarneau with its beautiful harbour and fortress.

    “Ein wunderbar liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Strandes, ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt, vermietet von einem sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Positiv: Lage in der Nähe des Strandes, großer Garten allein für das Ferienhaus und die Ruhe Ausflüge: Plage de Tréogat - Wandern am Strand entlang, meilenweit...”

    “Sehr schönes, großes Grundstück zur Alleinbenutzung. Empfehlenswert. Positiv: Großer, parkähnlicher Garten. Kleines Steinhaus mit Kaminofen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Unser Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kosten der Endreinigung wurden vom Vermieter nicht erhoben(siehe unten). Negativ: Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Extrem schmutzig war der Kühlschrank und die Dusche
    Aufgrund einer fehlender Heizung war es abends nicht nur empfindlich kühl (unsere Decken waren hier sehr nützlich) sondern auch feucht.”
