The Chuderhütte - A holiday home in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle and stress, enchanting with soul and charm. Gotthelf and Ballenberg feeling. In Wyssachen (BE), very close to Huttwil in the heart of the Emmental (approx. 830 metres above sea level), the Chuderhütte offers you an idyllic and rural retreat. The well-kept, listed farmhouse was built in 1760. It is surrounded by green meadows, has its own well and is supplied with wonderfully fresh spring water. The holiday home offers everything a modern-day traveller could need. Total area approx. 120 m². Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Smoking and pets are not allowed.- Ground floor (90 m2): Entrance hall with fireplace (not usable) and large cloister table, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, glass ceramic hob, large fridge, DELIZIO UNA coffee machine), spacious bathroom with double washbasin and shower (1 towelling set per person), cosy living room with TV and comfortable double bedroom with double bed. As is usual in old Bernese farmhouses, the living room and the double room have a low ceiling height. - First floor (30 m2): Access via open staircase without banisters. 2 comfortable double bedrooms (1 x with double bed and 1 x with 2 single beds). The corridor and the second room also have a low ceiling height. A cot is available free of charge on request. Garden paradise with the splashing of the fountain in the background The area around the Chuderhütte is a garden paradise. Various cosy seating areas invite you to sunbathe, read books and barbecue (fire bowl with barbecue ring available). The surrounding area - sport and relaxation The opportunities to slow down or do some sport (e.g. hiking, biking, trail running) are almost endless. The Chuderhütte is located at the foot of the Hornbachegg with its hiking trails to Wasen im Emmental and up to the Fritzenfluh. Wyssachen is an intact, lively village. For shopping we can recommend the Chäsi Wyssachen shop (5 min.). The cheese dairy is one of the best producers of Emmental cheese in Switzerland. Further shopping facilities are available in nearby Huttwil (10 min.) with Landi, Coop, Migros and Denner. Various restaurants in the neighbourhood spoil their guests with home-style and local Emmental cuisine. Car park directly at the house.
