The holiday apartment features two bedrooms with double beds. It has one bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub. You will also find a spacious living room with a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The visible fireplace is not for use due to safety reasons. From the living room and one bedroom, you can access the sunny south-facing balcony. A ski room is available for communal use, and a garage space can be rented for an additional fee.

In winter (from the first Monday in December until the first Sunday in April), the Residenza Belvair offers a wellness area for shared use. The wellness area includes a sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, showers, and fitness equipment.

The holiday home Residenza Belvair is located at the entrance of Zuoz village. The train station, tourist information, and Coop supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country skiing and golf center with a sports shop are also within walking distance.
