Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.

Maritim Residence, 27th floor, # 231, beachfront location, view on the Trave, 64 m².
The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters with its 125 meters. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no regular stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop in 114,7 m height. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower.

Maritim-Residenz, 26th floor, no. 231, located at the beach, Trave view. Bright and friendly 2- room apartment about 64m² for max. 2 persons. Access to the balcony from the two rooms from where you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view to the Trave with all the incoming and outgoing ships, to the Lübecker Bucht and to the harbour.

In the bedroom is a box-spring bed (two mattresses each 0,90 x 2,00m) electrically adjustable, well sized mirror-fronted built-in cabinet. In the living room is a leather sofa with a table and two comfortable armchairs and a sideboard. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, baking oven, 2 plates ceran cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, dining table and two chairs. Two TV music system, balcony with balcony furnitures, electric awning. Bathroom with shower/ WC, hair-dryer.

You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence.
Parking space in the garage is included in the final price, please note the maximum height of 1.85 m. Lot # 318 on the upper level. The key for the bollard is on the apartment key ring.
Lay the parking card in the tray to open the gate. With this card you can park on any space available on the level you drive in or on the upper level. You will not be able to drive on to the underground level.

ATTENTION: should the gate be open lay the card in the tray anyway! The card has to be encoded on both ways: you will not be able to drive in or out the next time if you miss a step!
The visitor tax is not included in the final booking price!
The tax amounts to € 1.60/night per person from January 1st to May 14th and September 15th to December 31st and to € 3 from May 15th to September 14th.
Cancellation
If the tenant cancels the contract after making the down-payment the vacation rental service will withhold an amount of € 29 as a service fee. The remain of the down-payment will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 60 days before the begin of your stay the full amount will still be due. We advise to a cancellation insurance, which you can contract up to 10 days following the booking. If we are able to rent the place for either the whole time period or at least part of it, the due amount will be diminished consequently. The tenant is allowed to name another person as a replacement.

Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.
Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.

    “Tolle Wohnung mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht, gerne jederzeit wieder! Positiv: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es gab nichts an der Wohnung auszusetzen. Den Blick haben wir sehr genossen. Restaurant: Casa Grande Travemünde - Sehr leckeres Essen, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, schöne Atmosphäre und sehr freundliche Bedienung - was will man mehr? Ausflüge: Lübeck - Mit den Pedelecs eine Tagestour nach Lübeck war sehr schön”

    “Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aus dem 26. Stock. Positiv: Panoramablick, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, Tiefgaragenstellplatz Restaurant: Luzifer - Gute internationale Küche am Fischereihafen. Ausflüge: Bungsberg - Schleswig-Holsteins höchster Berg mit Fernmeldeturm der in 42m Höhe eine Aussichtsplattform hat.”

    “Alles gut Positiv: Diese Wohnung ist für mich sehr geschmackvoll maritim eingerichtet. Das hat uns sofort gefallen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
    Diese Wohnung würde ich sofort empfehlen. Negativ: Der Eingang und die Fahrstühle sind nur mit Covidmaske zu betreten...
    Die Zahlen in SH sind aber auch viel höher als hier in Thüringen.”
