The guestroom is located on the first floor of the apartment house in a very quiet area which is excellent if you enjoy peaceful and relaxing environment. It is close to shops, restaurants, coffee bars and city beaches. Old town center is only 10 minutes away by car/bus. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.
Mini market is just 50 m away, restaurant 200 m, beaches 800 m
Large terrace in front of the room is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and a two garden loungers. Garden terrace and barbecue in the yard are shared facilities. The car is recommended but not necessary. On-street parking available on quiet street, next to the apartment house.
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a nice big bed for two (160x200) with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with shower, flat TV with satellite programs, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cups, and a small dining area.
