Luxury villa for up to 10 people with private pool and jacuzzi and spectacular views of the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, en-suite shower room, dressing room and access to the private terrace. 3 further bedrooms with double bed, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the private terrace are also on this floor. A great view on this level also offers the in-house gym.
Another bedroom, also with double bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a guest toilet and a patio form the basement. In the living room there is next to the satellite TV also Smart TV. From the pool area you also have access to another shower room.
Please note that all bedrooms are accessed via either the garden or the terrace. They are not connected with each other or with the rest of the living space.
The outdoor area
The large terrace is partially covered and equipped with sun loungers and lounge furniture. The private pool (16 m x 4 m) has a counter-current system, solar pool heating and massage jets. A separate hot tub invites you to relax. This can be heated on request for a fee.
