Punat. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem offenen Grundstück mit Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen. Der Vermieter wohnt ständig im Haus, nutzt jedoch einen separaten Eingang. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (asphaltiert). Parkplatz (für 1 Pkw). Ein Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück, wird jedoch meistens auf einem 200 m vom Haus entfernten Parkplatz abgestellt.

Küche in der Wohnküche (5 qm) mit Essecke (4 Plätze), Gasherd (2 Flammen), Elektroherd (Cerankochfeld, 2 Platten), Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank (Eisfach), Kaffeemaschine, elektrischem Wasserkocher und Zugang zum Balkon.
