The villa is the last property in a cul-de-sac street in the corner of the high-end neighbourhood of villas, sorrounded by nature and olive trees. It offers absolute privacy. The villa is located in close proximity of the key Istria Bike Trails, bus station 500m walk, Istria highway is 5km away, whereas Pula, Rijeka, Zagreb, Portorose, Ljubljana, Trieste and Treviso airports lie within 2h car drive range.
