Located in Sesmarias, these Villas within the property Colina da Lapa & Villas are only a few kilometres from incredible beaches and the beautiful village of Carvoeiro.

The Villa has a private terrace with an amazing pool and a babecue for the best family and friends holidays.Free parking is available. The Villas are surrounded by beautiful gardens.

This amazing Villa with approximately 300 square meters has 4 bedrooms with air conditioner, a nice living room with fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, cooker, oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.The Villa has a private terrace with an amazing pool and a babecue for the best family and friends holidays. Free internet and parking are included in your stay.

The nearest beach is located 2,5 km (Praia dos Caneiros). At 3,2 km there is the incredible village of Carvoeiro with typical Algarvian restaurants and market.There is a mini-market approximately 500 metres from the resort.

We have bike/car rental available at the reception (extra cost).If you need a children´s extra bed (up to 12 years old) you may request this at the reception (extra cost)A baby crib is avaible upon availability and free of charge.     „The villa is a converted semi-detached property which has been opened up to a single occupancy villa. It has plenty of space with good grounds. Two restaurants were within walking distance along with a small local supermarket. We had a car which meant we could drive 7 mins to a large supermarket (which was basically a UK supermarket where you can get everything you get in the UK).
    A couple of points which have made me give the property 3 instead of 4. The power within the villa was constantly tripping, the main reception for the development were very quick in attending to resolve but this was a simple resetting of the main breaker not sourcing the problem. This happened constantly and in the end I stopped calling and just reset it myself (it actually happened at 3.30am one day and luckily I was awake with our 10 month old son so was able to reset and save the contents of the fridge/freezer). My other issue with the property was the poor condition of the kitchen compared to the rest of the villa, very old and appliances were also very old. The fridge was a little dirty/smelly but nothing a good clean didn’t help with.
    One thing to note was the external grounds are still being constructed, this means that all the boundary fencing is exposed so you can see into all neighbouring villa gardens and likewise them into yours. A lot of workmen were present onsite during our visit working on pathways adjacent to our villa and also installing wood trellising to the villa fencing to help provide privacy.“ „The villa is a converted semi-detached property which has been opened up to a single occupancy villa.
