The holiday villa is an old Istrian house in the small village Pavletici near Kringa, about 21 km from the sea but only 150 meters from an excellent restaurant. It is fully enclosed and has a private swimming pool.

Part of the house is Istrian stone from the year 1961 and after some extensions, it was finally fully renovated in 2017. The holiday villa with pool for up to eight people features a living space of 175 sqm. It consists of the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, shower/toilet and a smaller laundry room. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and a shower/toilet. One bedroom with double bed, the second with two single beds, the third with double bed, air conditioning and exit to the balcony, the fourth with double bed, air conditioning, exit to the balcony and a private shower/toilet. WE ACCEPT MAXIMUM 2 PETS

On its own property, enclosed with a high wall, it offers to the guests an outdoor pool of 26 sqm, barbecue, two covered terraces with sitting set and dining table for outdoor dining and parking for two vehicles. Two parking places are also available on the enclosed property of the owners, who live nearby the holiday villa.

Please note that only bookings are accepted if the day of arrival is a Saturday, and also the day of departure must be a Saturday (independent of the number of weeks the booking is for - minimum booking, however, is one week).

There is a great Istrian restaurant just 145 metters from the house and small grocery store 1 kilometer away. Most of the coast towns are under 20 minutes of driving, for example Zelena Laguna Beach is 22KM from the house.Lidl is 16KM, shopping centre 21KM etc... The best way to explore around is by a car.Everything is close by and easily approachable. You can also explore places by a bike, especially small villages and places around but there are a lot of cyclists on the main road also going from a town to town.
