Der Vermieter wohnt ständig im Haus, nutzt jedoch einen separaten Eingang. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (asphaltiert). Parkplatz (für 2 Pkws) auf dem Grundstück. Das Haus hat 2 grosse Parkplätze geeignet für 3 -4 Autos.
